We are a premier radiography laboratory serving the Ambernath, Dombivli, New Mumbai, Murbad, and Badlapur areas. Our facilities include three Roli 2 – Ir192 Radiography Cameras and two X-Ray machines: a 200 KV directional X-Ray machine for coils and low thickness up to 10mm, and a 250 KV Panoramic X-Ray machine for higher thicknesses up to 30mm.

Licensed by BARC, our company is led by an IIT Mumbai Metallurgical engineer with over 50 years of experience. Our team includes BARC-certified and approved radiographers with 10-15 years of expertise. We are trusted by top inspection agencies like Lloyds, EIL, TUV, and IRS.

Operating under PDI, CE certification, and U stamp inspecting agencies, we are the official radiography lab for three U stamp approved fabrication units, with ASME-approved procedures. Specializing in radiography of steel, stainless steels, C.I., aluminium, copper-based alloys, and ceramics, we are well-versed in E 446 and valve radiography codes like B16.34.

We also offer process and project consultancy in the steel and stainless steel foundry industry. With over 35 years of experience, we provide consultancy for high-pressure pump, valve, and other castings, including retainership for large export-oriented foundries in Rajkot and a project in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Additionally, we have been Chartered Engineers for the past 15 years.
